I am a New Englander from outside Boston, and I’ve been living in California for almost a decade now. My name is spelled “keeth”, but pronounced “kaytch”. I love bubbly drinks, foreign languages, and romantic comedies! 
Hi! I’m Lyz is a writer, yogi, and nature enthusiast here in Ventura. She found studio barre through her love of fitness and stayed because it felt like dancing even though it was the hardest thigh/flute/ abs workout of her life. She’s so excited to be here tucking with us!

I came with my mom to Studio Barre back in 2018 while I was visiting and just about died after the warmup, BUT decided to keep coming. Then, when Ventura was opening, I had just moved back and decided to sign up for a founding membership. After a few weeks I was in love and wanted to train to be a barre tender and then… the covid came and we went to Facebook live & zooms. Once we reopened (who knows now when that really was) we went full force. Studio barre is my happy place so I want to make class the best experience for everyone that comes in. I love pushing people further & leading them with me up the mountain.

I am a wife and a mom of 3 gorgeous kids. I’m a realtor and a barreista but my most important job is being a full time mom! My most favorite part of working at Studio Barre is seeing and chatting with the best girls at the best barre studio. I love all the amazing friendships that I have created here at SBV! 🙂
I am Arkansas native loving life in California! Rainbow is my favorite color, and I really do love long walks on the beach with my scruffy mutt, Zero. As a speech language pathologist by day, I work with pre-kindergarten students all the way through fifth grade. We work a lot on speech and language, but the most rewarding thing is helping them find their confidence to be themselves. That's also why I love working at Studio Barre. Although just being on a mic and having a captive audience is a huge thrill (I love being the center of attention haha), watching our clients gain confidence and bloom into bad asses is awesome. I love to challenge them and make them sweat. I just love the people and the whole Studio Barre Community. That's why I'm still here. I've met many awesome people and have made lasting friendships. The atmosphere at Studio Barre is so encouraging, friendly, and empowering. It's just a good place to be and be yourself.
I am a mom of 2 RAD and fantastic incredible boys (15 & 13) and I’m getting married to my love of almost 8 years in October!��
Ava recently moved to Ventura after graduating from San Diego State University. She was a client at the Mission Hills studio in San Diego, and found us right away when she moved to the area. She is a bright smile at the front desk and a wonderful caretaker for the kiddos who come to our childcare hours.
Jenna was born and raised in Thousand Oaks and graduated fro TOHS last June. She started at Studio Barre as a client because her Aunt Addie was an instructor! She immediately fell in love with the workout and shortly after started working as a Barre{ista}.
Allie was born and raised in Newbury Park! She moved to Santa Barbara to go to school at UCSB, and then moved back to NP after graduation. You’ll see Allie’s sweet smile at the desk on Monday mornings and serving up cold margaritas after the 5:30 class on Fridays!
Molly lives in Camarillo with her husband, Bret, their son Brock, their vizsla Bulleit and a baby boy due any day now! She has taught and tucked right up to the end of her pregnancy, so if you need any prego tucking advice, she’s your girl!
Shannon lives in Newbury Park with her husband, Rob (a newly addicted tucker!), their three gorgeous children and sweet pit bull, Harper. Shannon is one of the few tuckers in the studio to have taken well over 800 classes! So, when she went from client to barre{tender} it was as if she had been teaching barre forever!
Kellie grew up in Newbury Park and recently finished her Masters Degree at CLU. She just got engaged to her boyfriend, Michael so there is going to be a lot of fun wedding talk in the studio this year!
